Decision on being put under alert
Following Decision No. 738/QD-SGDHN dated July 09, 2024, SocTrang Water Supply Joint Stock Company ’s shares (Upcom: STW) will be put under alert as follow:
- Reason: the Company has not convened the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years in the time limit from the end of fiscal year according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises;
- Effective date: July 15, 2024;
- Applicable law(s): Point b Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put under alert, SocTrang Water Supply Joint Stock Company  shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

On July 09, 2024, HNX announces the status of SocTrang Water Supply Joint Stock Company ’s shares (Upcom: STW) as follows: 
STW shares are put under alert from July 15, 2024 due to the reason(s) that the company has not convened the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years in the time limit from the end of fiscal year according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises according to Point b, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
