On 09/07/2024, based on the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 749/QD-SGDHN maintaining the following stock under alert: Issuer: General materials Biochemistry Fertilizer Joint Stock Company Securities type: common stock Stock code: HSI Effective date: 09/07/2024 Reason for maitaining alert: the company has not yet held the 2024 annual general meeting of shareholders within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year, according to Point a, b Section 1, Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange. Other Reason for alert: The auditing organization gives an qualified opinion on annual financial statements for 3 consecutive years or more The Company must periodically report, explain and disclose the remedial route for the situation of shares being under alert on the mass media within 15 days since the effective date.
