DIC: Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM and Notice of stock status

Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM
Following Decision No. 779/QD-SGDHN dated July 09, 2024 superseding Decision No. 684/QD-SGDHN dated 27/6/2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of DIC stock as follows:
- Reason: the Company has not convened the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years in the time limit from the end of fiscal year according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises;
- Other reasons: the company has negative owner’s equity recorded in Annual Financial Statements 2023; the auditing organization gave disclaimer of opinions on the Financial Statements 2023;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Points a, c and h Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction, DIC Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company shall send documents to the HNX to explain and provide a remedy.

Notice of stock status
On July 09, 2024, HNX announces the status of DIC Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company's shares (stock code: DIC) as follows:
- DIC shares are under trading restriction according to Decision No. 779/QD-SGDHN dated July 09, 2024 due to the reasons that the Company has not convened the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years in the time limit from the end of fiscal year according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises; the company has negative owner’s equity recorded in Annual Financial Statement 2023; the auditing organization gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2023 as prescribed at points a, c and h Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
