LCC: Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM and Notice of stock status Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM
Following Decision No. 771/QD-SGDHN dated July 09, 2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of LCC stock as follows:
- Reason: the Company has not convened the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years in the time limit from the end of fiscal year according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises;
- Other reasons: the Company was late in submitting the audited Financial Statements 2022, 2023 for more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure; the Company has negative owner’s equity recorded in the audited Financial Statements 2021;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Point a, b, h Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction, Hong Phong Cement Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

Notice of stock status
On July 09, 2024, HNX announces the status of Hong Phong Cement Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: LCC) as follows:
- LCC shares are under continued trading restriction (Decision No. 771/QD-SGDHN dated July 09, 2024) as the Company has not convened the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years in the time limit from the end of fiscal year according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises; the company was late in submitting the Audited Financial Statements 2022 and 2023 for more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure; and the Company has negative owner’s equity recorded in the Audited Financial Statements 2021 as prescribed at points a, b, h Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
