TST: Decision on being continued trading restriction & Notice of stock status Decision on being continued trading restriction
Following Decision No. 536/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of Telecommunication Technical Service Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: TST) as follows:
- Ground for continued trading restriction: The Audited Financial Statement 2023;
- Reason for trading restriction: the Company was late in submitting the Audited Financial Statements 2023 for more than 45 days;
- Other reason for trading restriction: the auditor issued a disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2022;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable laws: Point b, c, Clause 1, Article 34 of the Regulations on Organization and Management of the UPCoM Exchange attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022;
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, TST must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy
This Decision replaces Decision No. 205/QD-SGDHN dated April 01, 2024

Notice of stock status
On May 23, 2024, HNX announces the status of Telecommunication Technical Service Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: TST) as follows:
- TST shares are under continued trading restriction due to the Company was late in submitting the Audited Financial Statements 2023 for more than 45 days and the auditor issued a disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2022 according to the provisions at Point b, c, Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- TST shares are under alert due to the Company did not organize Annual General Meeting of Shareholders according to Clause 2, Article 139 of the Enterprise Law; according to the provisions at Point b, Clause 1 Article 32 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
