SJC: Notice of stock status

On May 23, 2024, HNX announces the status of Song Da 1.01 Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: SJC) as follows: 
- SJC shares are under trading suspension from June 03, 2024 due to the Company has no remedy from being under trading restriction according to Point d, Clause 1, Article 46 of the Securities Law, the Company is under trading suspension according to Point e, Clause 1, Article 36 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- SJC shares are under continued trading restriction due to the Company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years in the time limit from the end of fiscal year according to Section 2 Article 139 of the Enterprise Law; the Company is compulsory delisted according to Point i, Clause 1, Article 120 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Securities Law; in the case of trading restriction according to the provisions at Point e, h Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange. Trading restriction: it is only traded on Friday weekly when it is removed from trading suspension.
