Following Decision No. 425/QD-SGDHN dated April 26, 2024, HNX announces the stock under supervision as follows:
- Issuer: Vinam JSC
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: CVN
- Effective date: 09/04/2024
- Reason: The company was late in subbmiting 02 years in a row (audited Financial Statements 2022 and 2023).
- Other reasons: The company was late in subbmiting reviewed Consolidated Semi-annual Financial Statements 2022 over 30 working days since due date.
- Applicable law(s): Point g and h, Section 1 Article 38 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Within 15 days from the date of this decision as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, the company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
