Following Decision No. 427/QD-SGDHN dated April 26, 2024, HNX announces the stock under supervision of the stock as follows:
- Issuer: Hoaphat Textbook Printing Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code:HTP
- Effective date: 06/5/2024
- Reason: The company was late in subbmiting 02 years in a row (audited Financial Statements 2022 and 2023).
- Applicable law(s): Point h, Section 1 Article 38 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Within 15 days from the date of this decision as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, the company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
