Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM
Following Decision No. 617/QD-SGDHN dated May 29, 2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of of An Truong An Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: ATG) as follows:
- Ground for continued trading restriction: Audited Financial Statement of 2023;
- Reason for trading restriction: The Company recorded negative owner's equity on Financial Statement 2023; The auditor gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statement 2023;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Point a, c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in this Decision, An Truong An Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces No. 617/QD-SGDHN dated June 20, 2023.

ATG shares are under continued trading restriction due to the reasons that the Company recorded negative owner's equity on Financial Statement 2023; the auditor gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statement 2023 as prescribed at point a, c Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
