HNX: Decision on being put under trading restriction (L61)

Pursuant to Decision No. 616/QD-SGDHN dated May 28, 2024, HNX announces the stock is under trading restriction as follows:
- Issuer: 69-1 Lilama Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: L61
- Effective date: May 30, 2024
- Reason: The Company was force into delisting as the auditor gave disclaimer of opinion on the Audited Financial Statements 2023
- Trading restriction: trade is only available every Friday
- Applicable law(s): Point c Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, 69-1 Lilama Joint Stock Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
