L43: Shares could be delisted

On 2/4/2024, Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) announced as following: L43 shares are likely to be delisted according to the provisions of Point e, Clause 1, Article 120 of Decree 155/202/ND-CP due The result of business and production has been negative for 3 consecutive years. Hanoi Stock Exchange will consider compulsory delisting of this shares.
HNX requests the company to have feedback on this aforementioned issue within 5 days from this notice.
