L61: Shares could be delisted

On 2/4/2024, Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) announced as following: L61 shares are likely to be delisted according to the provisions of Point h, Clause 1, Article 120 of Decree 155/202/ND-CP due the auditor has disclaimer of opinion toward the company. Hanoi Stock Exchange will consider compulsory delisting of this shares.
HNX requests the company to have feedback on this aforementioned issue within 5 days from this notice.
