KLM: Decision on trading restriction and Notice of stock status

Following Decision No. 354/QD-SGDHN dated April 04, 2024, HNX announces the trading restriction of KLM stock as follows:
- Ground for trading restriction: Audited Annual Financial Statement of 2023;
- Reason: the company has negative owner’s equity recorded in Audited Annual Financial Statement of 2023;
- Effective date: 10/4/2024;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Point(s) a Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under trading restriction, Nghe Tinh Non - Ferous Metal Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

On April 04, 2024, HNX announces the status of Nghe Tinh Non - Ferous Metal Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: KLM) as follows: KLM shares are under trading restriction from 10/4/2024 due to the reason(s) that the company has negative owner’s equity recorded in Audited Annual Financial Statement of 2023 as prescribed at point(s) a Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
