C92: Notice on stock status

On April 04, 2024, HNX announces the status of  Construction and Investment JSC’ No. 492's shares (stock code: C92) as follows:
C92 shares are under alert from April 10, 2024 under Decision No. 343/QD-SGDHN dated April 04, 2024 as the auditor gave qualified opinion on the Audited Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years and more as prescribed in Point a Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
