HSA: Decision on being put under trading suspension

Following Decision No. 372/QD-SGDHN dated 05/04/2024, HNX announces the following stock will be put under trading suspension as follow:
- Issuer: Hestia Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: HSA
- Reason: The company seriously violated its information disclosure obligations.
- Effective date: 12/04/2024
- Applicable laws: Point d, Clause 1, Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
