Following Decision No. 303/QD-SGDHN dated April 04, 2024, HNX announces the trading restriction of CTC stock as follows:
- Issuer: Hoang Kim Tay Nguyen Group Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: CTC
- Effective date: 09/04/2024
- Base of review: Financial Statements 2023 and 2022 audited by A&C Auditing and Consulting Company Limited in Can Tho city.
- Reason: Profit after tax of 2022 and 2023 were negative and the auditor has qualified opinions to Financial Statements 2022 and 2023;
- Applicable law(s): Point b, đ Section 1 Article 38 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on alert as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Hoang Kim Tay Nguyen Group Joint Stock Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

-  Reason: Undistributed Profit after tax as of 31/12/2023 was negative. 
- Ground for alert:  Financial Statements 2023 audited by A&C Auditing and Consulting Company Limited in Can Tho city.
- Other reason: the listed company has not hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2023 for more than 6 months since the end of fiscal year.
-   Applicable regulation: Point b and d section 1 Article 37 Regulation on Listing and Trading securities attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.

On April 04, 2024, HNX announces the status of Hoang Kim Tay Nguyen Group Joint Stock Company (stock code: CTC) as follows:
-  CTC shares are under alert according to Decision No. 302/QD-SGDHN dated April 04, 2024
because undistributed Profit after tax as of 31/12/2023 was negative and the listed company has not hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2023 for more than 6 months since the end of fiscal year.
-  CTC shares are under supervision  according to Decision No. 303/QD-SGDHN dated April 04, 2024 because Profit after tax of 2022 and 2023 on audited Financial Statements 2023 were negative and the auditor has qualified opinions to Financial Statements 2022 and 2023;
-  CTC shares are under trading suspension according to Decision No. 1207/QD-SGDHN dated November 29, 2023 because the listed organization continues to violating regulation on information disclosure after being put under trading restriction, specifically: the Company is late in disclosing financial statements for the third quarter, 2023.
