- Mr. Cao Truong Thu has resigned from Chair of the Board with effect since 07/03/2024
- Mr. Pham Viet Thang has been appointed Chair of the Board in place of Mr. Cao Truong Thu with effect since 07/03/2024
- Mr. Vo Van Tung has been appointed representative of capital contribution cum member of B.OD in place of Mr. Cao Truong Thu with effect since 07/03/2024
