VNF: Resignation letters

On March 8, 2024, Vinafreight Joint Stock Company received resignation letter by Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Nhien from his membership of the Board of Directors for the 2022-2027 term; and resignation letters by Ms. Phan Phuong Hien and Mr. Nguyen Hai Nhat from their membership of the Supervisory Board for the 2022-2027 term. All letters are effective since March 8, 2024.
