VCM: Change in personnel

Vinaconex Trading and Manpower JSC announced change in personnel as follows:
- Ms. Pham Thi Quynh Nhu has resigned from her position of Person in charge of corporate governance-cum-member of the Supervisory Board with effect since 01/03/2024
- Ms. Tran Hai Yen has been appointed Person in charge of corporate governance in place of Ms. Pham Thi Quynh Nhu for a 3-year term with effect since 06/03/2024
