Decision on being put on continued alert on UPCoM
On March 06, 2024, Hanoi Stock Exchange announced Decision No. 104/QD-SGDHN putting the SPD stock under continued alert:
•         Base of review: Audited Financial Statement 2023
•    Reason: The audit organization have expressed a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more
•        Applicable law(s): Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on continued alert, Danang Seaproducts Import-Export Corporation must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 152/QD-SGDHN dated March 20, 2023 on being put on alert.

On March 06, 2024, HNX announces the status of Danang Seaproducts Import-Export Corporation’s shares (stock code: SPD) as follows: SPD shares are put on continued alert due to the reason that the auditing organization gave qualified opinion on Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more according to Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
