Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM
Following Decision No. 106/QD-SGDHN dated March 08, 2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of PVY stock as follows:
- Ground for continued trading restriction: Audited Financial Statement of 2023;
- Reason: the company has negative owner’s equity recorded in audited Financial Statement of 2023; The auditing organization gave disclaimer of opinion financial statements of 2023;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Points a, c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction, Petrovietnam Marine Shipyard Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
