PXM: Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM and Notice of stock status

Following Decision No. 160/QD-SGDHN dated March 25, 2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of PXM stock as follows:
- Ground: Audited Financial Statement 2023
- Reason for trading restriction: the company had negative owner equity in their Financial Statement 2023; the auditor had adverse opinion on the financial statement 2023;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly
- Applicable law(s): Points a,c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction, Mien Trung Petroleum Construction JSC must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This decision replaces Decision No.834/QD-SGDHN dated 09/08/2023.

Notice of stock status
 
On March 25, 2024, HNX announces the status of Mien Trung Petroleum Construction JSC’s shares (stock code: PXM) as follows: PXM shares are under trading restriction according to Decision No.160/QD-SGDHN dated 25/3/2024 due to the reasons that the company had negative owner equity in their Financial Statement 2023; the auditor had adverse opinion on the financial statement 2023 as prescribed in Points a, c Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with the Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
