DPC: Shares could be delisted

On 25/3/2024, Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) announced as following: DPC shares of Da Nang Plastic JSC are likely to be delisted according to the provisions of Point e, Clause 1, Article 120 of Decree 155/202/ND-CP because the company has the total accumulated losses exceeds the actual contributed charter capital. Hanoi Stock Exchange will consider mandatory delisting of these shares.
HNX requests the company to have feedback on this aforementioned issue within 5 days from this notice.
