HNX: Notice on stock status

On March 13, 2024, HNX announces the status of Tan Ky Construction Real Estate Trading Corporation's shares (stock code: TKC) as follows:
- TKC shares are under trading suspension since 20/03/2024 because the Company was forced into delisting out of serious breach of information disclosure regulations as prescribed in Point d Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- TKC shares are under trading restriction since 20/03/2024 because the Company was forced into delisting out of failure to fulfill its financial obligations with the Exchange as prescribed in Point g Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Trading restriction method: Trading is available every Friday only from the date of having trading suspension lifted.
