HNX: Decision on being put under trading restriction (TKC)

Following Decision No. 116/QD-SGDHN dated March 13, 2024, HNX announces the following TKC stock will be put under trading restriction as follows:
- Reason for trading restriction the Company was forced into delisting out of their failure to fulfill financial obligations to the Stock Exchange
- Effective date: March 20, 2024
- Method of restriction: trading is only available every Friday from the date the Company has their trading suspension lifted
- Applicable laws: Point g Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading management of Unlisted companies as promulgated alongside Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put under trading suspension as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Tan Ky Construction Real Estate Trading Corporation shall send a document to the HNX to explain and take remedial measures.
