DHB: Notice of stock status

On March 21, 2024, HNX announces the status of Ha Bac Nitrogenous Fertilizer & Chemicals Joint Stock Company's shares (stock code: DHB) as follows:
- DHB shares are being put out of trading restriction from 25/3/2024 due to the reason that the company has non-negative owner’s equity recorded in audited annual Financial Statement 2023 as prescribed at point a Section 5, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange;
- DHB shares are under alert due to the reason that the audit organization gave qualified opinion on annual financial statements for 03 consecutive years or more as prescribed at point a Section 1, Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
