NOS: Notice of stock status

On March 21, 2024, HNX announces the status of Oriental Shipping and Trading Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: NOS) as follows: NOS shares are under trading restriction according to Decision No.147/QD-SGDHN dated 21/3/2024 due to the reasons that the company had negative owner equity in Financial Statement 2023 as prescribed in Point a Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with the Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- NOS shares are put under alert according to Decision No.148/QD-SGDHN dated 21/3/2024 because the auditor had qualified opinion on the financial statement from over 3 consecutive years as prescribed in Point a Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with the Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
