State Securities Commission Official Dispatch sent Official Dispatch No. 131/UBCK-PTTT dated 05/01/2024 to Vinacomin Coc Sau Coal JSC upon receipt of the Corporation’s dossier of information disclosure of maximum foreign ownership rate of TC6 stock. Accordingly, the maximum foreign ownership rate at Vinacomin Coc Sau Coal JSC is 0%, which is full and valid under Degree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 detailing the execution of a number of article of the Law on Securities.
