On 05/01/2024, Vinacomin - DeoNai Coal JSC announced Official Dispatch No. 70/CBTT-TDN as follows: State Securities Commission Official Dispatch sent Official Dispatch No. 130/UBCK-PTTT dated 05/01/2024 to Vinacomin - DeoNai Coal JSC upon receipt of the Corporation’s dossier of information disclosure of maximum foreign ownership rate of TDN stock. Accordingly, the maximum foreign ownership rate at Vinacomin - DeoNai Coal JSC is 0%, which is full and valid under Degree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 detailing the execution of a number of article of the Law on Securities.
