DIC: Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM

Following Decision No. 23/QD-SGDHN dated January 22, 2024 superseding Decision No. 1099/QD-SGDHN dated October 20, 2023, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of DIC stock as follows:
- Ground for continued trading restriction: Reviewed semi-annual Financial Statement of 2023;
- Reason: The company submitted the reviewed semi-annual financial statements of 2023 but the company has not yet overcome other reasons for trading restriction;
- Another reason/Other reasons: The company has negative owner’s equity recorded in Reviewed semi-annual Financial Statement of 2023; the auditing organization gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2022;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Points a, c, Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction, DIC Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
