DIC: Notice of stock status

On January 22, 2024, HNX announces the status of DIC Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company's shares (stock code: DIC) as follows:
- DIC shares are under trading restriction according to Decision No. 23/QD-SGDHN dated 22/01/2024 due to the reasons that the company has negative owner’s equity recorded in Reviewed semi-annual Financial Statement of 2023; the auditing organization gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2022 as prescribed at points a, c Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange;
- DIC shares are under alert according to Decision No. 682/QD-SGDHN dated 07/7/2023 as prescribed at point b, Section 1, Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange due to the reasons that according to clause 2 Article 139 of Enterprise Law, the company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2023 within the time limit from the end of the fiscal year.
