On December 07, 2023, HNX announces the status of Song Lam 2 Cement Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: PX1) as follows:  
- PX1 shares are under trading suspension starting from 15/12/2023 according to Decision No. 1248/QD-SGDHN dated December 07, 2023 due to the reasons that the company has no measures to overcome the cause that led to the company's shares being placed in trading restriction according to the provisions of Point d, Clause 1, Article 46 of the Securities Law as prescribed at points e, Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange;
- PX1 shares are under continued trading restriction as prescribed at points b, and h Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange due to the reasons that according to point 2 Article 139 Enterprise Law, the company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years from the end of the fiscal year; the company is late to submit the reviewed semi-annual financial statements of 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure.
