On December 07, 2023, HNX announces the status of Petroleum Interior Decoration Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: PID) as follows:  
- PID shares are under continued trading restriction as prescribed at points a, c and h Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange due to the reasons that according to point 2 Article 139 Enterprise Law, the company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years from the end of the fiscal year; the company has negative owner’s equity recorded in Audited Financial Statement of 2018; the auditing organization gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2018. The shares will be traded on Friday weekly from the date the shares are out of the trading suspension;
- PID shares are under trading suspension starting from 15/12/2023 according to Decision No. 1250/QD-SGDHN dated December 07, 2023 due to the reasons that the company has no measures to overcome the cause that led to the company's shares being placed in trading restriction according to the provisions of Point d, Clause 1, Article 46 of the Securities Law as prescribed at points e, Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
