NDF: Notice of stock status

On December 07, 2023, HNX announces the status of Nam Dinh Export Foodstuff And Agricultural Products Processing JSC’s shares (stock code: NDF) as follows: NDF shares are under trading suspension since 15/12/2023 according to Decision No.1264/QD-SGDHN dated December 07, 2023 because the company did not have any remedy to overcome the reason for trading suspension according to Point d Section 1 Article 46 of Law on Securities; it was put under trading suspension because the company was compulsory delisted due to serious breach of information disclosure according to Decision No.686/QD-SGDHN dated October 11, 2019; it belongs to the case of trading suspension as prescribed in Points e, d Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- It was put under trading restriction according to Decision No. 1263/QD-SGDHN dated December 07, 2023 because the company did not organize Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the most recent 02 fiscal years according to Clause 2, Article 139 of the Enterprise Law; it belongs to the case of trading restriction as prescribed in Point h Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange. Trading restriction: it is only traded on Friday weekly when it is removed from trading suspension;
