TBT: Notice of stock status

On December 07, 2023, HNX announces the status of Bentre Transportation Works Contruction JSC’s shares (stock code: TBT) as follows: 
- TBT shares are under trading suspension due to the Company has no measures to overcome the cause that led to the company's shares being placed in trading restriction according to the provisions of Point d, Clause 1, Article 46 of the Securities Law; being placed in trading suspension according to the provisions at Points e Clause 1 Article 36 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange;
- TBT shares are under continued trading restriction due to the Company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years in the time limit from the end of fiscal year; the Company has negative owner’s equity recorded in the audited Financial Statement of 2017; the auditing organization gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2017 according to the provisions at Point a, c, h Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
