KHL: Notice of stock status

On December 07, 2023, HNX announces the status of Hung Long Mineral and Building Materials JSC’s shares (stock code: KHL) as follows:
- KHL shares are under trading suspension according to Decision No. 1274/QD-SGDHN dated December 07, 2023 due to the reasons that the company has no measures to overcome the cause that led to the company's shares being placed in trading restriction according to the provisions of Point e Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange;
- KHL shares are under trading restriction due to the auditor gave disclaimer of opinion on the Audited Financial Statements 2017 and  the Company was late in submitting Reviewed Financial Statements 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 for over 45 days under Points b and c Section 1 Article 34 of the Law on Securities;
 - KHL shares are on alert due to the Company has not organized Annual General Meeting 2023 under Point b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
