KSS: Notice of stock status

On December 07, 2023, HNX announces the status of Na Ri Hamico Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: KSS) as follows:
- KSS shares are under trading suspension according to Decision No. 1268/QD-SGDHN dated December 07, 2023 due to the reasons that the company has no measures to overcome the cause that led to the Company's shares being placed in trading restriction according to the provisions of Point d, Clause 1, Article 46 of the Securities Law; the company was forced to be delisted due to serious violations of information disclosure obligations as prescribed at Points e and d Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange;
- KSS shares are under trading restriction according to Decision No. 1267/QD-SGDHN dated December 07, 2023 due to the reasons that the Company has not convened Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 2 consecutive fiscal years from the end of the fiscal year according to Point 2 Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises; the Company was late in submitting Review financial statements for 2023 for over 45 days as prescribed at Points b and h Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
