HNX: Stock under suspended trading status
On 19/12/2022, pursuant to the Decision No.01/QD-HDTV dated 30 June 2021, Decision No.08/QD-HDTV dated 09 July 2021 Vietnam Stock Exchange, Law on Securities No.54/2019/QH14 dated 26 November 2019, Circular No.155/2020 ND-CP dated 31 December 2020 and Listing regulations attached with Decision No.34/QD-HDTV of Board of Members of Vietnam Stock Exchange, HNX announces that the following stock will be suspended for trading as follows: - Issuer: Vietnam Investment Construction and Trading Joint Stock Corporation - Stock code: CTX - Reason: the company continues violating the regulations on information disclosure based on Point o, Clause 1, Article 120 of Circular No.155/2020 ND-CP dated 31 December 2020 of the Government. - Effective date: 26/12/2023 - Applicable regulations: Point d, Clause 1, Article 36 of Registration and Management Regulations of unlisted securities issued together with Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Board of Members of Vietnam Stock Exchange. Within 15 days, the company must explain the reason and the remedies, roadmap to overcome this situation.
