On December 18, 2023, Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company (BSR) announced Official Dispatch No. 7832/BSR-VPHDQT as follow:
On December 18, 2023, the Board of Directors of BSR approved the transaction with the related person, namely PetroVietnam Oil Joint Stock Corporation (PVOIL) and Petec Trading and Investment Corporation – PETEC, specifically: Approved the policy of extending petroleum storage lease contracts with PVOIL and PETEC.
