C12: Decision on trading suspension on UPCoM

Following Decision No. 1230/QD-SGDHN dated December 07, 2023, HNX announces the trading suspension of C12 stock as follows:
- Ground for trading suspension: The company has not yet announced its audited annual financial statements of 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 with the Hanoi Stock Exchange;
- Reason: the company has no measures to overcome the cause that led to the company's shares being placed in trading restriction according to the provisions of Point d, Clause 1, Article 46 of the Securities Law;
- The date that the shares are put under trading suspension: 15/12/2023;
- Applicable law(s): Point e, Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading suspension, Bridge Joint Stock Company No.12 must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
