Following Decision No. 1266/QD-SGDHN dated December 07, 2023, HNX announces the continued trading suspension of CTA stock as follows:
- Ground for continued trading suspension: The company has not yet announced its audited annual financial statements of 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 with the Hanoi Stock Exchange;
- Reason: the company has no measures to overcome the cause that led to the company's shares being placed in trading restriction according to the provisions of Point d, Clause 1, Article 46 of the Securities Law;
- Another reason: The company was forced to be delisted due to serious violations of information disclosure obligations according to Decision No. 763/QD-SGDHN dated 15/11/2019 of the Hanoi Stock Exchange;
- Applicable law(s): Points e, dd, Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading suspension, Vinavico JSC must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
