VCG: Approval for the transfer of contributed capital of Vinaconsult

On May 29, 2023, the BOD of Vietnam Construction and Import - Export Joint Stock Company approved the transfer of contributed capital in Vinaconsult Viet Nam Consulting Joint Stock Company with total amount of 506,000 shares, equivalent to 46% charter capital of Vinaconsult.
