The Board resolution dated June 23, 2023, the BOD of Lam Son Sugar Joint Stock Corporation approved to increase charter capital for Tam Phu Hung Hi – Tech Food Company Limited with VND100,737,621,024. Accordingly, 100% charter capital of Tam Phu Hung Hi – Tech Food Company Limited owned by Lam Son Sugar Joint Stock Corporation.
