On May 29, 2023, the Board of Directors of Rangdong Light Source and Vacuum Flask Joint Stock Company approved a plan for issuing shares to the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP):

1)      Stock name: Stock of Rangdong Light Source and Vacuum Flask Joint Stock Company

2)      Stock type: common share

3)      Par value: VND10,000/share

4)      Expected issue volume: 600,000 shares

5)      Total issue value: VND6,000,000,000

6)      Issue ratio: 2.61%

7)      Financial resource: Bonus and welfare fund

8)      Regulation on transfer:

+100% of issue volume will be restricted in 03 years from the ending date of the offering.

+ 20% of issue volume will be restricted in 04 years from the ending date of the offering.

+ 20% of issue volume will be restricted in 05 years from the ending date of the offering.

+ 100% of issue volume will be restricted from 05 years from the ending date of the offering.
