GMD: Approval for the transfer of contributed capital

On May 31, 2023, Gemadept Corporation announced the transfer of contributed capital in Nam Hai Dinh Vu port. Accordingly, Nam Hai Dinh Vu port will be no longer Gemadept Corporation’s subsidiary.
