MSH: Decision on tax penalties

Song Hong Garment Joint Stock Company received the decision of tax inspection by the General Department of Customs dated June 13, 2023 regarding the tax penalty from 2019 to 2022 as follows:

-          Fixed tax amount: VND2,129,391,373; Of which:

• Import tax amount: VND1,185,141
• Value added tax amount: VND944,249,577.

-          Import tax late payment amount: 168,741378

-          Value added late payment amount: 142,155,082

-          Penalty amount for violation: VND619,378,275.
