HAG: BOD resolution dated June 16, 2023

The Board resolution dated June 16, 2023, the BOD of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company approved that Le Me Joint Stock Company becomes a subsidiary of HAG with the ownership ratio of 87.74% after Le Me Joint Stock Company completed the share private placement to swap debt.
