DBT: Increasing the ownership ratio at Ypharco Healthcare

The Board resolution dated June 16, 2023, the Board of Directors approved the additional purchase of 1,200,000 shares of Ypharco Healthcare Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, the ownership ratio of DBT will increase to 34% at Ypharco Healthcare.
