VIB: Resolution on the EGM 2023

On June 15, 2023, Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank announces the resolution of extraordinary general meeting 2023 to approve the following contents:

1. The AGM approved the restructuring of bad debts handle for the period 2021 – 2025
2. The AGM approved the additional election of Nguyen Thuy Linh as member of the Supervisory Board for the period 2023 - 2027
