Binh Duong Construction and Public Service SJC: Notice of cancellation of auction

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the cancellation of share auction of Binh Duong Construction and Public Service Joint Stock Company as follows:

           Until 16:00 on June 19, 2023 - the deadline of registration and deposit, there was no investor to participate in the auction. Therefore, based on Article 14 of Decision No.244/QD-SGDHCM dated June 07, 2023 promulgating the share auction regulation of Binh Duong Construction and Public Service Joint Stock Company , this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
